Get Addicted to Fitness Outdoors
Classes will run:
- Monday – 6:15pm
- Wednesday – 6.30am and 6.15pm
- Friday – 6.30am
We will send you the Addictive Fitness Outdoor information pack containing all the information you need plus a diet sheet to fill in, a physical activity sheet to fill in, Tips and advice to follow to gain optimum results and a full timetable to stick on your fridge.
