Welcome to Addictive Fitness Gym

We are a privately run health club which was opened by a group of professional sports people. All our instructors have competed at very high levels in sport and many also have sports performance degrees.

Members are all treated as individuals and we do our best to ensure every bodies needs are met on a daily basis. Its a friendly atmosphere where you can feel comfortable whilst achieving your goals.

The Facilities

We have a nice reception room where you can have a drink and relax before or after training. The changing rooms have saunas, showers  are of a very high standard. We also have a treatment room in which you can get sports massage and treatment for any injuries. If you like that all year round glow we have a sunbed in the gym as well.

The Gym

Set over 5500 square feet we offer a large gym area with equipment brands such as Nautilus, Cybex, Hammer Strength, Life Fitness and Technogym. There is a free weight area and cardiovascular zone which has treadmills, bikes, cross trainers, rowers and steppers

The Studio

We have a large studio that holds a variety of classes daily. We have Zumba four times a week, Bootcamp is on 5 times a week and is a firm favourite with members who have seen excellent results. Other classes that feature are Kids Streetdance, Boxfit, Aerobics, Abs Blast, Addictive Pump, TRX, Step and many more!

All classes to non-members are priced at £4.50

Sports massage therapy is available at Addictive Fitness. £25 for 1hr full body.
